Starting the Fall Season Right...
Our great start to the Fall Season included Stratford Shakespeare Festival tickets for Dangerous Liaisonsat the Festival Theatre plus the Stratford Perth County Culinary Festival and CULTURE DAYS. Dangerous Liaisons was wonderful and the acting superb. A must see!

Culinary Festival...
The Stratford Perth County Culinary Festival ran along the Avon River and Veterans Drive and included a Farmers & Artisans Market. Here you could purchase locally grown and prepared food and hand-crafted art. A Kids Tent was there with activities such face painting, salad making and lots of crafts. Edible Embers BBQ had a booth and you could enjoy corn on the cob, pulled pork, ribs or burgers. There was a Chefs School Learning Centre with cooking demonstrations, tastings and workshops. Band Shell concerts in the Park featured local bands and artists. and the York Street Carnival had a number of Buskers. They entertained us with stilt walking, plate spinning and fire juggling. It was all great fun!

Culinary Days...
This is a free interactive celebration of arts and crafts. Artists from Stratford and Perth planned many events, readings, clown workshops, acting Improv, a mask decorating workshop and acting workshops. There were tours of the Stratford Shakespeare Festival Archives. Culture Days activities also included a Fusion of East and West Taoist Tai Chi presented by Stratford Branch of the Taoist Tai Chi Society All of this formed a wonderful partnership with the Stratford Perth County Culinary Festival.
